Core Business
We specialize in R&D, design and manufacturing of small metal hardware, supplying metal accessories for electronic atomizers, outdoor flashlights, electric toothbrushes, hair dryers, keyboards, aluminum alloy phone cases, etc., and customized products like metal Chinese chess. We are the direct supplier of FirstUnion Group, ALD, VIVO and SMOORE, serving well-known customers including RELX, OLIGHT, BIRD, Marlboro and BAT, with cross-industry customized production capabilities.

Production Capacity
We have 5 professional processing bases with advanced equipment and large capacity: CNC Processing Center, Stamping & Drawing Center, Anodizing Center, Spraying Center, and Steel Tube Base. Equipped with 116 CNC engraving machines, 42 laser marking machines and over 400 other pieces of equipment, our daily shipment of atomizer steel products is 25 tons, with a daily anodizing capacity of 200K pieces, and we can provide 15 anodized colors at the same time, achieving a balance between mass production and flexible customization.

Advanced Technology
With 20+ years of metal surface treatment experience and 15+ years of atomizer tube production experience, we master core technologies such as AL6063 cold forging necking, aluminum tube mass production and colorful coloring in anodic oxide film. Our complete process system covers atomizer and mobile phone metal parts manufacturing, and we can finish high-end surface treatment, including wire drawing, mirror bluing, micro-arc oxidation, laser engraving and manual carving, meeting customers' high-end customization needs.

Strict Quality Control
We hold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, and are the qualified supplier of SMOORE, ALD, BAT and OLIGHT. We won the Special Prize and Innovation Prize of the CMF International Competition in 2021-2022. Equipped with 2.5D measuring instruments, salt spray testers and other complete testing equipment, we have a three-level quality inspection system, with raw material spectral analysis, online monitoring and finished product full inspection. All products pass strict wear resistance and impact tests, with a yield rate of over 95%, meeting international export standards.
